Who is trading at the Manchester Christmas Markets 2017?

The Manchester Christmas markets are here, and the festive event has revealed two new food and drink additions for 2017.

As well as the traditional European foods – including the obligatory Bratwurst and Gluhwein – the markets this year will welcome a selection of North West traders.

Going big on northern hearty fare, the Yorkshire Burrito will take up residence in Exchange Square for its first year. The bold creation features a giant rolled Yorkshire pudding stuffed with your favourite filling and toasted on a panini maker.

Also new for this year, Elsie May’s Tea Room will set up in Exchange Square, leading the prosecco charge with Rose Gold Shimmering Prosecco.

In addition, the grilled cheese experts from Northern Soul are confirmed for their second year, bringing with them their popular Christmas dinner in a sandwich.

Also returning for their second Christmas Market outing, Tikka Kebab Kitchen have signed up to serve some warming Christmas curries – including a hearty vegan curry.
